Happy Friday!
This week's original sketch is by our own Leah.
Here is my interpretation:
This little sweetie is my very good friend's grandaughter. I saw this unbelievable picture and asked if I could scrap it. She will be getting this as a Christmas Gift-Shhh! I wanted to do this picture justice so I scrapped with some more of the beautiful October ScrapThat! kit featuring Prima's Tea Thyme.
I applied black ink to the Kaisercraft wooden flower that also comes with the kit, then applied 2 layers of white crackle distress paint. I then glued on a Prima Almanac chippie to complete my shabby flower.
I kept the basic design of the sketch by substituting 3 sections of paper and adding the one large pic to suit my layout. Don't be afraid to go where the design leads you!
I hope you will try this sketch out and link it back to the main site for a shot at snagging our Top 3 blinkie badge of honor!
Can't wait to see what you create!
