Scrapping Everyday Miracles-June Main Challenge

It's June and time for a new Challenge at Scrapping Everyday Miracles!
This month Jessica is hosting and here is what she has to say:

Since June is one of the most popular months to get married (my husband and my anniversary is the 19th), I decided to do a challenge on love. Your challenge this month is to scrap about a husband and wife relationship and the love you see/experience because of it.  The scrap twist is that you can only use cardstock, NO PATTERNED PAPER! The couple you choose can be you and your spouse, your parents, grandparents, or any other couple whose love for one another inspires you.

Here is mine:

My love is my husband,Gary. This is a shot from our Vegas wedding. Yup, Vegas. We certainly didn't start out as a couple that put God first but we are now. The more I follow the Biblical path of marriage, the more rich and fulfilling our marriage has become. 10 years ago Gary didn't believe in God. Now, God is first in his life. There is always, always reason to have faith!

Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge is also hosting a challenge about Wedding Proposals-check it out here

1 Peter 4:8

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
It was fun to push myself by not using patterned paper. I played with misting, masking and stamping to bring a shimmery feel to my plain Bazzill cardstock. My alphas are from Blue Fern-love the quality! I created part of the background using molding paste, then misted with Heidi Swapp inks and lightly stamped using a Prima script stamp.

Our sponsor this month is Citrus Twist.

Citrus Twist Kits grew out of one girl’s love of all things crafty, with just a little love of vintage thrown in. Here is the story: My mom and I shared a love of the art world. I grew up tagging along to Art in the Park shows, quilting fairs and more. Early in 2012 my mom passed away and as I was going through her lifetime of art and crafts supplies, the idea for Citrus Twist Kits was born. It was the vintage scraps that inspired the handcrafted item that goes into each main kit.
Citrus Twist Kits are color-based, inspired and great value for your money. A box arrives on your doorstep each month filled with scrapbooking gifts to keep you playing all month long.
