Hi there! Today I want to share a new layout made with the elegant Leaky Shed Studio chipboard pieces.
The picture is of my daughter,Naomi, enjoying some overdue fresh spring air. She looks like Glinda to me and thus my title from Wicked. As Elphaba said to Glinda,"Well, we can't all travel by bubble."
The large circle frame was first painted with white acrylic paint, then using Distress paint,I shaded it to add dimension.
This flourish was cut and layered with a fern piece. Both were painted with Distress crackle paint, then touched with gesso.
I adore this large swirly vine! I treated it the same as the circle, shading for depth. I shaded underneath both pieces with the matching inks to highlight them on the page.
I do love a good flower and ribbon cluster!
Thanks for stopping by today!
