Creative Blogger's Hop!

I was nominated as a creative blogger by an incredibly talented and super sweet scrapbook friend Laura Gilhuly . We are joining up as a chain of fun blog hop tours where so many of us will get to meet new bloggers, get new inspiration and connect with blogs that will open up our creativity. This hop is sure to get your mojo going!

Here are my 4 questions that need to be answered before I pass along my nominations. I'll give you my answers then lead you to 3 amazing artists you will love visiting!

1. What am I working on?

Right now I am getting ready for the Blog Hop and Kit reveal for Swirlydoos. The colors are amazing!

2. How does my work differ from others of its genre?

I don't know that I am that "different" but I am returning to more of my shabby style scrapping for photos and saving my "mixed media" style for canvases and just to have fun!

3. Why do I create what I do?

To record memories and capture emotions. Scrapping is also a therapeutic outlet for me.

4. How does your creative process work?

That depends on the purpose. For DT assignments, I start with the product and other requirement such as a sketch or a theme. Other times,ideas just blast into my head and won't leave me alone until I create them! I get lots of mojo from Pinterest and music.

I have known Rae since the early days of Swirlydoos have always been inspired not just for her elegant creations, but for her fierce dedication to her family. I'm so glad to see her branch out into DT such as Blue Fern and Tressors and I am thankful for her guidance as DT Leader at Swirlydoos!

Cynthia Llorens

I met Cyndi on the HeArt and Soul Dt and she is such a fabulously outgoing and genuine person. She has this awesome eclectic style and creates these phenomenal flowers! She is dynamic and fun and I never know next what beautiful creation she will come up with next!

Caroleanne Wright

I have been fortunate to design with Caroleanne on the Stuck on You Sketches DT and she is a lovely lady,inside and out. Her designs are always elegant and no one can work with pink the way she does! I look forward to seeing her scrapbooking adventures take off!
